Dragon Boat Festival 2024

Next Monday, 10 June, marks the Dragon Boat Festival. Like many traditional festivals in China, it is an opportunity to honour traditions while celebrating contemporary trends such as “Guo Chao 国潮” (i.e. modern goods and services incorporating traditional Chinese culture and style).  In recent years, many festival customs have embraced some flavours of the new era.
