Double Ninth Festival 2024

This year’s Double Ninth Festival in China falls on Friday, October 11. Also known as Chōng Yáng (重阳) the festival, celebrated on the ninth day of the ninth lunar month, has been designated Seniors Day since 1989 by the Chinese government to emphasize care and respect for the elderly.
