China’s Five-Year Plan

In this video we explain China’s Five Year Plan, a comprehensive policy blueprint released by the government every five years to guide China’s economic and social development.  The key areas of this year’s ’14^th‘ five-year plan include urbanisation, the environment, innovation and ‘dual circulation’. Possible opportunities for New Zealand are identified.
