MAORI SHARE BOND WITH ASIANS
Ngahiwi Tomoana, a member of the New Zealand China Council spoke about the close ties Maori share with Asians. He said that people (Maoris) he took up to China have seen their grandmothers and grandfathers in the faces of elderly Chinese…He also believes that the Asia New Zealand Foundation survey was to be commended for their research, and it was unfortunate to see it being used the way it was last week.
