Gearing up for China from New Zealand
The Asia New Zealand Foundation proudly presents Glen Murphy, Regional Director for Greater China, New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE).
Glen will talk about NZTE’s current strategy for China and how it is helping New Zealand companies to gain traction in that market.
He will also provide an update on how New Zealand companies are faring in China, and the challenges they face – including skill-shortages and operating cross-culturally in an ever-changing and complex environment. This event is aimed at businesspeople looking to acquire skills for doing business in China.
Following Glen’s presentation, Michelle Ong, a member of the Chinese Language Network and solicitor with DLA Phillips Fox, will offer guidance on preparing to do business in China based on her experience of operating in that market.
