2017 Spring Festival Reception by the Consulate General of the PRC

Council Advisory Board Members Jian Yang MP and Naisi Chen, together with Executive Director Stephen Jacobi were delighted to join China’s Consul General Mme Xu Erwen at a celebration of the spring festival in Auckland on 22 January. Many members of the Auckland Chinese community were present, along with Ethnic Affairs Minister Hon Judith Collins, Mayor Phil Goff and Labour Leader Andrew Little.

We thank Madam Xu for her hospitality and wish all our Chinese friends a Happy New year of the Rooster .
