Paula Wilson

Paula Wilson is Divisional Manager for North Asia at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, leading a Wellington-based team and a network of posts who build and manage New Zealand’s bilateral relationships in North Asia.  Paula was previously Foreign Policy Adviser in the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet for three years, serving two Prime Ministers. Prior to that she managed MFAT’s Europe network. She has held various positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, including postings in Brussels, Canberra and Bonn/Berlin. Paula is a graduate of Canterbury University.
